We offer a simple, stress-free return process so you can shop with confidence.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and unwashed
Item must be in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions via email.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible so you and your dog can get back on the trail.

Items marked as non-returnable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed for shipping.
